Planting Instructions

Follow the instructions below to ensure that your new sapling is planted correctly.  Provide a layer of mulch, 1-3 inches deep and 1-3 feet wide, around the base of the tree and in the shape of a donut. Mulch should not be in contact with the tree trunk. Water your new tree every week, especially during periods of excessive drought and heat.
